We know how important it is for you to stay informed about your deliveries. That’s why we’re improving our tracking information to make it clearer and more detailed than ever.
Here's what you can expect from our new delivery updates:
Your Request is Being Processed: As soon as you place your medication request, we’ll let you know that we’re processing it. This means we’ve received your request and are awaiting prescriptions from your GP.
Your Request Has Been Received: We’ll confirm that your prescriptions have been officially received in our system. This step ensures that everything is in order and we’re ready to start working on it.
Your Order is Being Worked On: Once we begin preparing your order, you’ll get an update. This means our team is actively working on getting your items ready for shipment.
Your Order is Out for Delivery: Finally, we’ll let you know when your order is on its way. Please note the courier websites are not updated until they have scanned the package on to their system, so it is not always visible immediately. We recommend downloading the courier apps, such as the Yodel App, as you can receive real-time updates, as well as make changes to your delivery etc.
These new updates are designed to keep you informed every step of the way, making the delivery process smoother and more transparent. We hope these changes, available soon, will make your experience even better.
