How it works

Sign-up to PillTime

PillTime is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and is part of the NHS family in just the same way as your local community or high-street pharmacy.
We are also funded the same way and do not charge the NHS any extra fees for our additional services such as pouching and delivery.
Once you’ve signed up, we will send you an email to confirm that PillTime is your chosen NHS pharmacy and will dispense your medication. We will also contact your GP surgery to let them know.
Signing-up and ordering your medication is simple - sign-up. It puts you in control of your prescriptions.
If you prefer, you can sign-up and order through our app.
Once you place your order, we will send your request directly to your GP for approval.
Your NHS medications are pre-sorted into pouches labelled with the dose, date, and time—so you never miss a dose.
Non-pouchable medications? No problem! We pack creams, inhalers, dressings, and "as needed" medications in their original packaging.
All your medications, including non-pouchable ones, are delivered in one box.
One box, all your needs - everything is delivered for free in a single, convenient delivery through Royal Mail’s tracked delivery.
Our pouching service is free to those on more than four medications a day. You'll only pay the standard NHS prescription charge unless you qualify for an exemption.
