7. Pricing and Payments
All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. If an incorrect charge is made, we will refund the overpaid amount. Payment must be made in full before we can dispatch your order.
8. Order Process and Clinical Assessment
All prescription orders are subject to clinical assessment. We may request further information or identity verification before approval. We may need to access your summary care records or speak to your GP. Delays in responding may affect delivery times, or our ability to process your order.
9. Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch approved orders within 1-2 working days. A signature is required upon receipt. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring availability. For temperature-sensitive medications, handling and storage instructions will be provided.
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier. PillTime will provide tracking information to help you monitor the delivery. In the event of a delay or issue after dispatch, you will need to contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery or resolve the matter.
10. Returns and Refunds
Due to UK regulations, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for dispensed medication unless an error was made on our part. If you receive incorrect medication, contact us immediately.
If your order is declined by our clinical team, a full refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.
