Before you start

We recommend pouching - the perfect way to save time, gain independence, and stay on track with clearly labelled pre-sorted pouches that ensure you never miss a dose and enjoy complete peace of mind with pharmacist-checked accuracy and convenient home delivery.

Some medicines cannot go into pouches. These include controlled medicines, inhalers, creams or ointments, and medicines that you don’t take every day. If you choose pouches and take any of these, we will still send them to you, just separately in the same delivery.

However, pouches don’t work for everyone.
You should not choose pouches if any of these apply to you:

- You get prescriptions every 7 days

- Your GP surgery only gives paper prescriptions

- Your dose changes often

It can take a few deliveries to get your medications into pouches, so you may receive some in original packaging at first. ​
