Temporary Changes to Our Service

We are currently upgrading our systems to serve you better. However, we have encountered some unforeseen challenges during this transition that temporarily affect our operations.

  • Medication Packaging: Your medications may be dispatched in their original manufacturer's packaging rather than our usual pouch system. Rest assured, all medications remain the same, only the packaging is different.

  • Dispatch Timing: There are slight delays in order processing and dispatch times. However, we are prioritising shipments to ensure you receive your medication before your next cycle is due to start.

  • Customer Service Response Times: We're experiencing higher-than-normal volumes across all our customer service channels, resulting in longer wait times.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience these temporary changes may cause. Our team is working hard to resolve these issues as quickly as possible while ensuring the continued safety and accuracy of your medication service.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition period. We are committed to returning to our normal service levels as soon as possible and will update this notice when improvements are in place.

Please note: Your existing account log-in details will no longer provide access on desktop. Your new account will not display any existing orders, but these will be delivered as expected. All future orders placed through your account will be fully trackable.

Please do not try and log-in to the portal through your phone. The mobile form allows you to sign-up to PillTime as a new customer only.

As an existing customer, you are required to use NHS log-in on your desktop to access our enable you to easily order medication and track orders for yourself and your loved ones.
