Improved Communication: We’re cleaning up our email notifications to be more straightforward and easier to understand. You’ll receive clear updates on the status of your order, ensuring you’re always in the loop.
New PillTime app launching soon: Instead of using the NHS app, PillTime will require orders to be placed through our new app or web portal, which are designed for easy self-service.
