Step-by-Step Guide to Injecting Mounjaro®
1️⃣ Wash your hands with soap and water.
2️⃣ Check your pen for expiry date, damage, and liquid clarity.
3️⃣ Attach a new needle to the pen.
4️⃣ Turn the dose knob until you hear two clicks.
5️⃣ Prime the pen (first use only) to release air bubbles.
6️⃣ Set the dose to ‘1’ and inject at a straight angle.
7️⃣ Press the dose knob and count to 5.
8️⃣ Remove the needle, replace the pen cap, and dispose of the needle safely.
Tip: Take your injection on the same day each week for consistency. If you want to switch days, wait at least 72 hours between doses before resuming a weekly schedule.
Mounjaro® Dosage Schedule
Mounjaro starts at a low dose and increases gradually until you reach a maintenance dose that suits you (maximum 15mg).

What if I Miss a Dose of Mounjaro®?
If less than 96 hours (4 days) late → Take the missed dose as soon as possible.
If more than 96 hours late → Skip the missed dose and continue as normal.
