Once your GP has approved your medication order through the NHS electronic system, our pharmacy team will package your prescription(s) and send them to your home using our secure tracked service. .

FAQs about our online pharmacy delivery service
How long will it take for my medicine to be delivered?
To ensure that you have your medication when you need it, we recommend ordering through PillTime 14 days before your current medication runs out. When you order, we will let you know what date your medication is due and provide tracking information.
If you receive an acute prescription from your doctor, we aim to dispatch this within 72 hours of the order, with items sent in their original packaging. If you need a medication more urgently, you can call us at 0800 074 3303, and we can arrange for your prescription to be released so you can pick it up from any local pharmacy the same day.
Can I use an NHS Prescription Prepayment Certificate (PPC) with PillTime?
If you are not eligible for free prescriptions and already have a PPC, you can use it when ordering from PillTime to ensure that you don’t pay more than you need to for your medication.
If you currently pay for prescriptions and need more than three separate prescriptions within a three-month period, you can save money with a PPC. Find out more about prescription prepayment certificates.
Do I get a reminder when I need to re-order repeat prescriptions through PillTime?
Yes, we will send you an email or a text message reminder to let you know when it’s time to order your medication again. If you use our app, you can easily set up reminders and notification preferences too.
