We are currently upgrading our systems to serve you better. However, we have encountered some unforeseen challenges during this transition that temporarily affect our operations.
What This Means For You:
Medication Packaging: Your medications may be dispatched in their original manufacturer's packaging rather than our usual pouch system. Rest assured, all medications remain the same, only the packaging is different.
Dispatch Timing: There are slight delays in order processing and dispatch times. However, we are prioritising shipments to ensure you receive your medication before your next cycle is due to start.
Customer Service Response Times: We're experiencing higher-than-normal volumes across all our customer service channels, resulting in longer wait times.
