We deliver not just tablets, but everything you need including creams, dressings, inhalers and other non-pouchable medications.

If you have been prescribed a new item, you will need to place this request yourself with the GP surgery so that they can send the prescription to us. Once we have received a prescription for this item, we will be able to request it going forwards.

PillTime aims to dispatch acute or urgent prescriptions within 72 hours and the items will always be sent in the original packaging.
Should you require the order quicker, please call us on 0800 074 3303 and we can arrange for the prescription to be released so you can collect it from any local pharmacy the same day.
We can release the prescription back to the NHS Spine so that you can collect locally. We will send you the prescription barcode by email.

If you anticipate running out of your medication while you are away, please make sure to notify your surgery and inform us as well so that we can place you an early prescription order.
PillTime requires approximately 10-14 days to prepare your order and ensure it reaches you on time. If you are going away in less than 14 days, we suggest getting your medicines from a local pharmacy.

Just let us know if you are in hospital and we will pause your medication deliveries until you come home. Once you are ready to leave hospital let us know by calling 0800 074 3303 and our pharmacist will contact you to discuss your discharge and any changes to medication.

You can manage an account on behalf of someone else as a carer or family member. We may need to contact you to confirm your details. It’s all part of our commitment to patient safety.

When your medication has been dispatched we will send you an email containing any tracking details. Please note the courier websites are not updated until they have scanned the package on to their system, so it is not always visible immediately.
We recommend downloading the courier apps, such as the Yodel App, as you can receive real-time updates, as well as make changes to your delivery etc.

PillTime aims to deliver your medication before you are due to start your next repeat prescription. Once your PillTime parcel is on the way, we will send you an email, which will include any available tracking information.
Don't forget you can log into Your Account through the link on our website to track your order. We recommend that you download the Yodel app so you receive regular updates about your delivery and some services allow you to update your delivery preferences which is helpful if you are not going to be available to take delivery of your items.

We use Yodel and Royal Mail (about 70% of parcels are delivered by Yodel).
