PillTime is an advanced online pharmacy in Bristol and the fourth-largest pharmacy in the UK. We are changing the way thousands of people receive and manage their vital medications from the convenience of their homes. As a significant contributor to the automation of medicine prescription provision and delivery, we seek an enthusiastic and committed Customer Care Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the customer journey is prompt, informative, and supportive.
Handle enquiries via the phone, email and web forms.
Manage customer data accurately through the CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments for efficient query resolution.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
Comfortable using various IT systems; training provided.
Previous customer-facing experience in office, retail, or hospitality.
Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a customer-centric culture.

Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

10 hour shift
12 hour shift
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
