PillTime pharmacy is changing the way thousands of customers receive and can quickly and safely administer their often-vital daily medications in the comfort of their own homes. 

The innovative Bristol-based online pharmacy is at the forefront of the recent automation of medicine prescription provision and delivery.  

  • Location: Cribbs Causeway Centre, Bristol.  

    Home working is available once fully trained and probationary passed.  

    Pay: £11.44 per hour 

    Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Saturday, shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM) to support strategic growth initiatives and expansion plans.

PillTime is looking to recruit full-time customer care advisors as we focus on delivering a first-class customer experience to all existing and new customers. The customer care team is passionately leading the way at the heart of this drive towards excellence.

The key to success in this role is ensuring that the customer journey is managed promptly, informatively, effectively, and supportively. 

All team members are focused on the accuracy of customer data management through the CRM system and timely and efficient query and problem resolution. 

You will respond to customer enquiries through phone, live chat, and email while managing all related administration and prescription tasks. 

Each customer care advisor efficiently handles a variety of administration and customer-focused tasks throughout the day and will coordinate with other departments across the business. 

We are looking for individuals who can communicate positively on the phone and in writing. You can clearly impart important information regarding the service, new customers' delivery timings, and the benefits of PillTime medication management. Ensuring customer confidence and happiness with the service is always delivered.

You may have some administrative tasks as part of your responsibilities, but if you are comfortable using a variety of IT, the systems and processes can be learned.
