PillTime is a free NHS service that provides a unique solution for patients taking multiple medications per day.
Your prescription is obtained from your surgery and processed in our pharmacy.
Your medication is pre-packed in easy-to-open pouches and labelled with the time and day to take them.
The pouches are dispensed from our PillTime box in the order you have to take them, with each pouch containing the medication due at a particular time on a specific day.
PillTime is a free NHS Service available to everyone. We promise there will be NO hidden charges.
PillTime pouches are perforated and are very easy to open. If you have concerns, please speak to a member of our team.
PillTime is operated by our team of highly trained, specialist dispensers and overseen and checked by our experienced pharmacists. Our service to you is at the heart of everything we do, so we make sure it is done right.
PillTime is the brainchild of Paul Mayberry, founder of the award winning Mayberry Pharmacy group.
PillTime is an online NHS registered pharmacy; our General Pharmaceutical Council registration number is 1099355.
Our NHS production pharmacy is based in Bristol and we use a secure, tracked Royal Mail service to ensure that your medications are delivered discreetly to your door within 48 hours.
Our PillTime box will normally hold up to 28 days of medication, however, this will be tailored to your individual needs.
You order your prescription with your surgery, we receive your prescription from your surgery, prepare your PillTime box, discreetly package your items and send them direct to you using a tracked mail service.
Yes, provided you have their consent.
If your surgery doesn’t provide electronic prescriptions we will give you a call and explain how we can still provide you with PillTime.
Yes, we are able offer a weekly delivery of your PillTime box.
Most medication will be able to go into pouches, however, there are certain tablets and capsules that cannot due to particular storage requirements or safety.
No. PillTime is a new unique solution and not available from local pharmacies.
We do not put Warfarin into pouches due to the variable dosage.
Yes, PillTime is designed to help people taking multiple medication. If we can’t fit all the tablets for a dosage time into one pouch, we’ll simply pop them into two.
We will supply everything on your prescription, whether it is included in your PillTime box or not.
You can order your repeat prescription from your GP surgery as normal. If you are signed up to PillTime, we will receive your prescription electronically as soon as your doctor authorises your request. If you need more advice on this, please get in touch with one of our team.
We offer a reminder service which should mean this doesn’t happen, but if it does don’t panic, order your prescription and then contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to get your medication to you on time.
If you expect to run out of your medication while you are away, you will need to order your prescription early. Let your surgery know why you are ordering ahead of time and then let us know to expect your prescription early.
Your medication will usually be delivered 24-48hrs prior to when you need to start your PillTime pouches. If you would prefer your medication delivered earlier this can be arranged by speaking to a member of the team.

We can provide a delivery service with a specific delivery window. There might be a small charge for this.
Your medication will be delivered by Royal Mails tracked and signed for service.
No, your PillTime box and any additional items will be discreetly packaged with a tamper evident seal for security.
This shouldn’t be a problem as we use Royal Mail to deliver PillTime. It will require a signature upon delivery.
