You can order your repeat prescription from your GP surgery as normal. If you are signed up to PillTime, we will receive your prescription electronically as soon as your doctor authorises your request. If you need more advice on this, please get in touch with one of our team.
We offer a reminder service which should mean this doesn’t happen, but if it does don’t panic, order your prescription and then contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to get your medication to you on time.
If you expect to run out of your medication while you are away, you will need to order your prescription early. Let your surgery know why you are ordering ahead of time and then let us know to expect your prescription early.
